About the Role
- The selected candidate will be responsible for developing & implementing the monitoring,
evaluation, & learning strategies of the organization. This role ensures that effective data
systems are in place to measure program performance as well as impact in alignment with
organizational goals & donor requirements. The officer will also facilitate learning processes
by collaborating with the team to enhance program effectiveness and inform strategic
decisions.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences (Social Policy & Development, Sociology), Public Health Management or related discipline.
• Training or Certification in Project Management or Business Management.
• Three (3) years working experience and knowledge related to the NGO sector. • Technologically literate, specifically with Microsoft Suite
• Excellent written & oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail & accuracy; efficient maintenance of quality standards • High degree of confidentiality, integrity and flexibility
• Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships.
• Experience working within community settings and with vulnerable populations would be an asset
